In order to develop the leaders around us, we need to gain their trust. Following is the process I’ve used and refined over the years to gain the trust of the leaders I’m mentoring.
As a leader of leaders, we have to understand our real purpose is developing human beings and uncovering human potential. It’s about bringing out the best in people. It’s about meeting people where they are but seeing where they can go. It’s about really helping them to see themselves not as they are, but as they can be.
