When I first got signed up as a distributor one of the first people I signed up was Nicole Jones. Within the first couple months of Nicole’s business, Nicole signed up Tony Furtado. Tony was one of those distributors that you just hope for. He ran with this business right away. If you look at this playing out, it’s me signing up, then I signed up Nicole right away (who has had enormous success), then, Nicole signs up Tony and he goes on to have enormous success! It was one of those times in my business that there was just massive growth happening and during that massive growth, this guy Tony signs up and right from the start, Tony was a born leader. Tony was somebody who wanted to do this business. He wanted to do it a hundred percent. He wanted to run with it and Nicole and I had to just get out of Tony’s way.

The biggest mistake we can make with leaders who are fully ready to run with this business on their own is trying to hold them back, trying to tell them “You should do it this way. You should do it that way.”
